Paulo "pr" Silva joins Giants, replacing Claudio "Cunha" Cunha, according to an announcement via the organization's Twitter account.

Giants have had a quiet start to 2020, having no official matches played under the organization's banner. Their last official match was a 1-2 loss to Sprout at United Masters League Season 2 on December 12, 2019. It appears the team was unsatisfied with their results from scrims, or maybe personal issues within the team prompted this change, Giants have not specified the reasoning.

pr is a young gun in the competitive CS:GO scene at 19 years old and has only been a part of one team from May 2018 - December 2019, which was OFFSET. His last official was on December 12, 2019, in the WESG 2019 Central Europe & Iberia Closed Qualifier, where OFFSET fell to Movistar Riders.

It is not clear at the moment when Giants will make their debut for the 2020 season. Due to a lack of events caused by the coronavirus epidemic, this could cause Giants debut to be pushed even further back than they originally planned. But, the restructuring of competitive CS:GO has seen the blossoming of online leagues and officials, which could also stand to help the Portuguese squad.
