Takashi Mochizuki from The Wall Street Journal has posted a video via his Twitter-account revealing the power of a new generation console made by Sony. The developers show us how Insomniac’s Spider-Man is running on PlayStation 5. So this video is a visual confirmation of announcement made back in April which we have written about.
We may suggest that this is all about SSD working to benefit the new console. SSDs are way faster than HDDs, though we can't be totally sure about powers of PS5's video adapters and processors before the specs are disclosed. It might seem cool, but even your Windows XP Intel Pentium 5 Radeon 9600 PC will launch itself faster if you install SSD and put your operating system on it.
Players should better be excited with backwards compatibility with PS4. Besides all this, there were rumours on some other cool features, and we can expect Sony to reveal the news in the near future. An interesting fact: Mark Cerny did hint at Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding being on both PS4 and the new hardware.
We also remind you that Sony skips this year's E3 and hasn't announced any PSX events.
