TaKeTV has announced that PANTERS will miss the upcoming offline finals of Acer Predator Masters Season 2.

The Norwegian team, who recently parted ways with London Conspiracy, have been forced to cancel their attendance after failing to raise the necessary funds to be able to compete in the tournament, which kicks off on Thursday.

Replacing them at the event will be French side LDLC White, who caught the headlines at the weekend as they won Assembly Winter over hometown favorites ENCE.

Eight teams from all over Europe will compete for their part of a $40,000 prize pool at the offline finals of Acer Predator Masters Season 2, taking place inside TaKeTV's studios, in Krefeld, from February 11-14.

With PANTERS' withdrawal, the quarter-final matchups are now the following:

Tickets for the event can still be purchased over at Eventbrite.de, with prices ranging from €5 to €180.
