Brazilian esports organization, paiN Gaming have announced the signing of Gabriel "NEKIZ" Schenato. He joins the team as a replacement for Alef "tatazin" Pereira.

NEKIZ will join paiN Gaming in the CLUTCH BR League Season 1 Grand Final (Brasileirão) against RED Canids. They sit in second place behind RED Canids in the regular season. Before the signing, he was a member of the now-disbanded ex-Lumicosity squad.

NEKIZ brings his experience from several international tournaments to help improve paiN Gaming’s position in the global rankings. Two of his accolades include Luminosity’s second-place finish at both DreamHack Open Atlanta and Valencia in 2018.

The current paiN Gaming roster looks like this:

  • Vinicios "PKL" Coelho

  • Paulo "land1n" Felipe

  • Wesley "hardzao" Lopes

  • Rodrigo "biguzera" Bittencourt

  • Gabriel "NEKIZ" Schenato

  • Bruno "ellllll" Ono - Coach

NEKIZ returns to paiN Gaming after leaving the team in 2017 for Luminosity, alongside land1n.
