Summer, melting heat, Route 66? Wait, what does Overwatch map have anything to do with this? That's right!

WePlay.tv and Lenovo are happy to announce the first international Overwatch cup with a $8,000 prize fund!

Best teams from all over the world are ready to clash in the Overwatch Lenovo Cup but only 8 of them will make it through to the play-offs. 5 teams will receive a direct invitation while 3 more will advance from the open qualifications (two teams from Europe and one from CIS). All tournament matches will be held online. The prize fund of $8,000 will be distributed among the teams that will make it to the Top-3 like this:

1st place - $5,000
2nd place - $2,000
3rd place - $1,000

The event will take place from 5th to 22nd of September and will be covered by GosuGamers on their Twitch channel at https://www.twitch.tv/gosutv_ow. Russian stream will be covered by Evgeniy "Sleepsomewhile" Slipchik at https://www.twitch.tv/weplayblizz.
