Washington, D.C.’s Overwatch League team has just announced two additions to its coaching staff. Mikael ‘mkL’ Skjønhaug, who has previously worked with Optic Gaming’s Overwatch Academy and later for Last Night’s Leftovers, will be joining the team as an analyst. The organisation has also invested in an assistant coach in Kyoung Ey MollyAVALLAKim, formerly of Meta Bellum.

With the second season of the Overwatch League on the horizon, Molly Kim will be the first female coach in the league’s history. 

‘I'm happy to have AVALLA and mkL join the coaching staff. They bring international experience and a great work ethic. Together, we're well on our way to building the best coaching staff in the league,’  - Washington, D.C.’s team’s head coach Hyeong-seok ‘WizardHyeong’ Kim.
