Autumn is a special time of the year in Dotaverse when teams reshuffle players and form whole new squads from scratch. Teams like Secret, OG, Alliance and many others were born in such periods. Ilya "Lil" Ilyuk has decided to try and forge his own organization after departure from Na’Vi. Let’s take a closer look at the Odium roster.

Lil (age 22)

Ilya "Lil" Ilyuk spent most of his professional life with Virtus.Pro, and his highest result was taking 5-6 place at The International in 2015 and 2017. He played under arguably the best captains CIS has to offer: Solo and Goblak. In February 2018 Virtus.Pro traded Lil with Natus Vincere for Rodjer. In his new team, Lil didn’t reach notable results. When Na’Vi roster was disbanded the player weighed different factors and decided to create his own team called Odium which means “Hatred” in Latin.

CemaTheSlayer (age 24)

For almost 4 years Semion "CemaTheSlayer" Krivulya was playing for Vega Squadron, having personal ups and downs. Almost all the time CemaTheSlayer spent on the team, he was their captain and carried the weight of responsibility on his shoulders. Due to unsatisfactory results the player was moved to B-team, where he officially stands to this day. However, Vega Squadron did allow Semion to compete for a different team.

An interesting fact: CeMaTheSlayeR started his career after games in BUHLO-UroPb squad with GeneRaL and 9pasha. During non-professional tournaments, including WePlay!, he was noticed as a promising player and captain.

Ghostik (age 24)

For the last 2 years, Andrey "Ghostik" Kadyk was playing for Team Empire and managed to take 7th-8th place during The International 2017. After departure from the team, he was considering different opportunities and decided to join Odium, where Andrey met his kindred souls. Ghostik didn’t care much about salary, he wanted people around to be as passionate about the game as he was.

GeneRaL (age 22) ÐšÐ°Ñ€Ñ‚инки по запросу GeneRaL дота

Victor "GeneRaL" Nigrini started his career as a midlaner for a number of teams. However, he was transferred to Natus Vincere as offlaner. For more than 2 years GeneRaL was defending the pride of “Born to win” on the 3rd position. In 2016 Victor qualified to The International and took 13th-16th place. When Na’Vi disbanded, GeneRaL returned to his previous mid position for the new team Odium.

V-Tune (age 18)

Alik “V-Tune” Vorobey – a young player from the top of public rating. Until now V-Tune hasn’t been noted on the professional scene. In Odium he was considered a promising carry who has significantly advanced for the last year.

Interesting fact: In his interview during The International 2017 Ghostik spoke about V-Tune:

—      Who should be legally banned from playing Dota for life? There is a player in public named V-Tune (papich). I would ban him for life.

As you can see, most of the players have considerable experience on the professional scene and have participated in TI. Fresh blood in the face of V-Tune should serve as a source of motivation and thirst for victories. All changes bring challenges, but they are necessary for improvement and keeping up the level of competition. We wish best of luck to the guys, perhaps they will truly become the best.
