NRG invited to CS:GO Asia Championships 2019

NRG has been invited to compete at CS:GO Asia Championships 2019. The announcement was made via Perfect World's Twitter account and also stated that the prize money has now been increased from $300,000 to $500,000.

The $200,000 increase to the prize money makes CS:GO Asia Championships the game's tournament with the second highest prize pool this year, following StarLadder Major in first place. 

NRG makes the fourth invited team confirmed for the event, joining ENCE, MIBR and TYLOO in the tournament roster. There are now four vacant slots left, three by invite and the last via Chinese qualifier. 

CS:GO Asia Championships 2019 will be held from November 21-24 at a still undisclosed location in Shanghai.
