It is more than a year now when one of the most successful football team in Scandinavia, F.C. Copenhagen gets in eSports scene and make Its own brand called North. The Danish 5 had a rough time at the beginning of their creations, because there were a lot of expectations on them, placed as one of the TOP team in the world.

After several failures and roster changes, It seems now, they found a right fit. When Nikolaj “niko” Kristensen came on board a few weeks ago, the Danish squad seems to be absolutely ready to compete on the highest level and prove themselves as one of the strongest team after gamers break.

In a group stage, they have eliminated TyLoo 16-7 on Inferno and won 2-1 against Astralis. After winning 2-0 in quarter-finals against Natus Vincere, they keep a winning streak over Mouz in semi-finals. Another Danish team, Astralis, was already waiting in the grand finals for the revenge from group-stage, but North showed their rivals who is the new #1 in Denmark and won the best-of-three series, 2-1. The new era of North has just begun ladies and gentlemen!
