Nordavind invited to Elisa Invitational 2020

Nordavind has taken a Norway spot at Elisa Invitational 2020 and is the third confirmed team.

Nordavind is the 47th ranked team in the worldwide rankings and has had a rocky start to the 2020 season due to the Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel's injury, causing the team to field stand-ins for official matches.

The Elisa Invitational is the qualifying event for the BLAST Spring Series Showdown event. Eight spots at the Elisa Invitational were divided up by four Nordic regions; Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. One team from each region would be invited, while the other team would be decided through a qualifier. Nordavind will fill the invited Norway team spot, despite only have two players from Norway. The Elisa Invitational 2020 is set to take place on May 1 - 3.

The BLAST Spring Series Showdown event currently has six confirmed teams out of the ten that will compete for one spot in the BLAST Premier Spring Series Final.
