Bethesda decided to follow Epic Games’ path and organize a full blown celebrity packed live stream of Fallout 76, according to the company’s official website. Based on given info, we are to witness “biggest streamer on the planet, a once-in-a-generation rap talent, the most beloved animated comedy duo of our time...survive together in the wasteland of Appalachia”
Yep, that’s right. We’re going to see Ninja, Logic and Rick and Morty joining the forces in order to stay alive in the wilderness of postapocalyptic mess of the Earth we’ve got. Players will be using Xbox One version of the game so tune in Bethesda’s official Twitch channel on Thursday, November 8 (beginning at 6:00pm PT/9:00 pm ET).
Curious to see what chemistry this quartet’s going to have, as it’s not the first time game developers arrange celebrity extravaganza to draw more attention to their titles. Among those that made the most noise are Ninja playing Fortnite with top rappers such as Drake (the moment which also partly kickstarted his successful career) and Travis Scott, as well as with a so-loved by many - Ellen DeGeneres (The Ellen DeGeneres Show).
Another worthy mention is “Clueless Gamer” section of “CONAN on TBS” run by one of the best hosts and comedians of our time - Conan O’Brian. Long story short, Conan and a guest play a certain video game for the first time and give their impressions. One might say it’s not a collab but that’s surely a perfectly crafted product placement ad that actually worked and was praised by both regular viewers and video gamers.
Anyway, if you’re a fan of Fallout series or of Ninja, Logic and Rick and Morty, don’t forget to add the event to your schedule so you wouldn’t miss the chaos (as there will be chaos I am sure) See you around ;)
