Newbee became the champion in Dota 2 at WCG 2019

Newbee beat Cignal Ultra in the final of WCG 2019 with 2:0 score. The Chinese team won $80.000 money prize and the title of the champion. Fenrir and his teammates didn't get an opportunity to visit Shanghai and fight for TI9 prize, so they showed their good game at World Cyber Game this year.

The champion of WCG 2019 didn't experienced any problems to reach the final and take its deserved money prize. The Playoffs bracket of the tournament didn't look way too impressive:

World Cyber Games 2019 Dota 2 was held from June 18 to 21 in China. The prize pool of the tournament was $140.000, which was distributed as follows:

1. Newbee and $80.000;
2. Cignal Ultra and $40.000;
3. CDEC Gaming and $20.000.

By the way, the prize fund of the main tournament of the year in Dota 2 universe — The International 2019 reached $30.000.000 and has enough time to grow more.
