New Anthem patch is really bad

New Anthem patch is really bad ⚡⚡⚡ Esports and gaming news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

The recent 1.04 Anthem patch has dispelled the community's expectations in just a few hours: everything was cool verbally, but in real life — the developers managed to break everything again.

Both the Reddit gamepage and all the social networks are full of negative player reviews. Reports, complaints, angry posts. Users are dissatisfied with everything — starting with spoiled matchmaking and loot bugs to joking gameplay changes.

Just imagine this (or don't — this is how the new patch works): someone else's loot also drops into your backpack. Not so bad, of course, but according to BioWare this is a serious bug. Although, how was it possible to achieve such mechanics?

Another thing that bothers players a lot: rapid jetpacks overheating. Now medium and long-range flights are not possible without constant landings to cool the turbines. Apparently, this is another software error that escaped from the developers' lab.

And these similar game's glitches are raining cats and dogs. Looks like now we have to wait for BioWare to patch this patch, and then patch what they've already patched. The carousel of patches is what Anthem needs right now (we wanted to end on a positive note, without any caustic jokes. It's just some kind of bug).
