According to a Dexerto report, Ukranian esports organization Natus Vincere is looking to replace in-game leader Danylo “Zeus” Teslenko. The upcoming September 13-14 tournament, BLAST Pro Series Moscow 2019 is believed to be his last event on the team.
It is currently unknown whether Zeus will leave competitive play for a managerial role, but during an interview with HLTV he mentioned ending his career in 2019. The report also doesn't state who his replacement will be but negotiations are underway.
Zeus has been with Na'Vi for several years. Joining in 2009, he left for about 10 months to play for Gambit Esports, only to return and has been there since. The team has seen much success, the more recent being a top four finish at ESL One Cologne 2019 in July and winning StarSeries & i-League CS:GO Season Seven in April.
Whoever his replacement becomes, only an exceptionally good player will fit in with the likes of Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev and Denis “electronic” Sharipov.
