The Quarantine Series is still going strong, bringing a fun little change this weekend to what we’ve been used to. The Quarantine Series: King of Wifi Random Characters had its 131 participants pick random characters for the tournament. 

Featuring another $10,000 prize pool, the pros came out to play once more. The lineup included past winners and many top rankers like Gonzalo "ZeRo" Barrios, Nairoby "Nairo" Quezada, Brian "Cosmos" Kalu, Enrique "Maister" Hernández Solís, Tyler "Marss" Martins, Ezra "Samsora" Morris, Samuel "Dabuz" Buzby, and Eric "ESAM" Lew.

The online tournament marks the end of legendary Super Smash Bros. player, ZeRo’s competitive career. Earlier during the week revealed the news, asking his fans to “just finally understand that competitive ZeRo is done for.”

Since The Quarantine Series adopted a region-locked format, Alliance’s Adam "Armada" Lindgren partnered with its organizers to create the Europe Edition, which will begin on June 6, 2020.
