Alliance have announced the departure of Johan "Mynuts" Andersson from their roster on Thursday.

"Our time with Johan has been great, and even though we didn’t win any tournament together I think we achieved quite a lot together," said Alliance's carry and team captain, Jonathan "Loda" Berg in a statement from the team.

"Nonetheless we have all felt that something has been off, and even though our results at the major hit the team quite hard I would not put it as a reason to why we make this change."

The Swedish support player had been on Alliance for around three months. His departure from the team comes only days before the upcoming Winter Major registration roster lock.

Alliance will announce their final roster after The Defense LAN Finals Dec. 5 to 6, where they will play with a stand-in.
