Mortal Kombat 11: Kollector joins MK11 and Erron Black’s fatality ⚡⚡⚡ Esports and gaming news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

NetherRealm Studios developers held another broadcast of Kombat Kast, where they presented another hero from the Mortal Kombat 11 roster, and also showed and discussed the gameplay of two other characters: Erron Black and Noob Saibot.

Kollector is an entirely new fighter, similar to Goro and Kintaro, but has a much smaller size. It has a positive effect on the character's agility and his speed of movement. A vital feature of the hero is in the capabilities of his four hands, which he can use to make a variety of amazing tricks and hits, for apparent reasons inaccessible to other participants in the Mortal Kombat.

The Kollector’s list of abilities allows him to combine remote and melee attacks, as well as quickly reduce the distance to the target with the help of the ability to teleport. He seems to be the most interesting, unique and complicated to learn of all the newbies.

As you can see in the trailer, the hero has four hands in which he holds a weapon: daggers, a sickle and a spherical object that helps him stun his opponent by throwing green smoke and a chain, that wraps the enemy around and not allowing him to move for a while.

Two extra small hands on the back and those hands that are on top (so to speak) hold the backpack on the Kollector’s back, he can put torn off parts of the enemy there.

The hero, like the previously presented Cetrion, appears for the first time in MK11 series. According to the authors, the Kollector cares only about his wealth and status and will kill anyone who dares to infringe on them. This is especially noticeable during fatalities, when Kollector jumps on the enemy and begins to pull out the defeated opponent’s guts, placing a part of them, including a severed head and heart, in a backpack.

The broadcast also showed Erron Black’s improved abilities.

I must admit that Erron is one of my favourite characters in the last part of the game. It was possible to cheat and not allow the opponent to come to his senses, using weapons with stunning. Therefore, redesigned abilities are especially attracting attention.

Below you can see tweets from the official account of the game (especially appreciate Fatality):

A closed beta test was held last weekend for those who managed to pre-order the game on PS4 and Xbox One, and you can (for those who haven’t watched yet) spend 45 minutes of your time to watch yesterday’s broadcast from the developers (switch on from 15:46)

Mortal Kombat 11 will be released in two and a half weeks - on April 23 on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
