Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath expanded the game’s story, introduced a whole lot of changes, and added loads of new content. Alongside the new characters, stages, and friendships, NetherRealm Studios also promised the inclusion of new skin packs.
Summer Heat is the first Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath themed skin pack, which will arrive on August 6. Fans received the “Thanks a Million Johnny Cage” skin a while back, and while it is an Aftermath costume, a single skin doesn’t constitute a pack. Summer Heat, on the other hand, introduces three skins for Baraka, Kitana, and Erron Black.
The theme this time appears to be some good old American patriotism, with Baraka's skin, “Off the Bone Baraka,” putting him in charge of the barbecue and meat. He's even got on a chef’s hat. “Fireworks Erron Black” has the gunslinger dressed in a patriot colored suit, complete with a top hat. Meanwhile, “Endless Summer Kitana” looks like a blue summer dress with a bonnet and fan.

The second themed skin pack arrives on August 25 and is called the “Klassic Femme Fatale.” The third and last one comes on October 8 and seems to adopt a Halloween theme with the name “All Hallows’ Eve.” All three skin packs are part of the Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath expansion, which retails for $39.99.
Since the release of the Mortal Kombat 11 expansion, fans have been curious if this marks the end of the game’s support or whether they should expect even more DLC content in the form of new characters. NetherRealm Studios has played its cards close to its chest.
