With the Kuala Lumpur Major on the horizon, professional DotA 2 teams are introducing major changes to their lineups. Mineski, who finished 9-12th in The International 2018, have just announced new additions to their roster, following the departures of iceiceice, Jabz, and ninjaboogie last Thursday.
The newest additions include former Immortals player Febby on position 4, kpii (ex-Newbee) on pos 3, and JT, who’s been entrusted with the role of the main carry. Moon, who has been with the team for over a year, will be the only player to remain in his current role as pos 2. Mineski’s captain, Mushi, is reportedly shifting to a hard support.
The organization has also acquired Clairvoyance to coach the newly formed roster. Formerly of VGJ.Storm, Aaron Kim contributed heavily to the American team’s top 8 finish at TI8 in August.
