Mina Majikina now available in Samurai Shodown ⚡⚡⚡ Esports news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

With the introduction of Samurai Shodown version 1.60, we enter the second season of content. Along with it a few bug fixes comes returning character Mina Majikina and her trusty bow.

Although SNK announced that Playstation 4 players in North America and Europe would not be receiving Season Pass 2 today, they will still have access to Mina. The company has assured fans that they will “get the same overall offer and price as other regions,” even with the delay. This means buying the character as standalone DLC now, things will balance out when Season Pass 2 eventually becomes available.

Samurai Shodown was just released on February 25, 2020, for the Nintendo Switch. Players on the Nintendo platform and Xbox living in North America and Europe will still receive Season Pass 2 today as planned.

Mina was first introduced in Samurai Shodown 5, with that version focused entirely on zoning. This new version has a mix of long range and close range attacks, with the latter employing her bow itself as a weapon.

Samurai Shodown Season Pass 2 features four characters, Mina, Sogetsu Kazam, Iroha and one undisclosed fighter.
