Metro Exodus devs give away 10 awesome Artyom edition sets

The official YouTube account of Metro video game series released a video with Dmitry Glukhovsk, the author of the original novels. In the video, Mr. Glukhovsk described a “priceless” Artyom Edition of Metro Exodus, the new game scheduled for release on February 15th.

There will be only ten copies of Metro Exodus Artyom Edition, and you can’t buy them for money. At the end of the clip Dmitry Glukhovsk gave a very cryptic hint of how you can get the unique set:

If you want to win one of your own, you gotta pay very very close attention to all metro communication channels of the coming weeks.

Here is the list of items included in Metro Exodus Artyom Edition:

• Gas mask and its filters (the author used plural form although the video shows only one filter).
• The bullet lighter that “you’ve held so many times in your hands, but not in reality.”
• The map of the game “wrapped in the beautifully worked leather to protect it from the blood of Watchmen.
• The spartan dog tags (again, plural, although the video shows just one tag)
• The legendary Nixie watch. It shows time and has a blue light.
• A nuclear proof steal tube where the Nixie watch is encapsulated.
• Certificate of authenticity signed by Dmitry Glukhovsk and Andryi “Prof” Prokhorov from 4A Games.
• A military wooden box where all the goodies are stacked.

Everything in this box has been crafted by skillful artisans and will not fail you in your time of need.

The plot of Metro Exodus takes place in the Metro 2033 post-apocalyptic universe where the remnants of humanity are hiding from nuclear fallout in the metropolitan networks of the biggest cities in the world. The main protagonist of the series is a man named Artiom, after whom the custom game addition was named.
