Day 2 concluded the MDL Chengdu Major South America Qualifier Group Stage, with beastcoast and paiN Gaming maintaining their first place position from day one. Without losing a single match, they both move on to the Playoffs with 8 points.

In Group A, Infamous managed to claw its way to 3rd-4th place, which forced a tiebreaker match against NoPing e-sports. Unfortunately for them, they were unable to defeat the Brazilian team.
