Capcom loses a fighting game veteran in the person of Ryota Niitsuma, the producer on games like Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.
Niitsuma announced his departure on Twitter over a couple of tweets. He went on to thank fans for their support and stated that he would continue to make fighting games even with his departure. Back in October 2019, Niitsuma revealed that he was no longer working on fighting games, so it's good to see that he plans to go back to what he's best known for after leaving.
Fighting games will always be important to Capcom, and it's thanks to all of you that Capcom can make them. Your support is greatly appreciated!
