LG has been named an official partner of the ESL Mobile Open Season 3. They become the first phone manufacturer to partner with the Mobile Open

LG's partnership focuses on Season 3 in North America, but that doesn't rule out a broader collaboration in the future. Finalists will make use of LG's latest device, the LG G8X ThinQ, to compete in the tournament. It allows the company to prove to consumers why their device is perfect for gaming.

The ESL Mobile Open Finals will take place at DreamHack Atlanta on November 15. ESL had a similar partnership with Black Shark for the Asphalt Esports Series.

AT&T, the US' second-largest wireless carrier, is sponsoring ESL Mobile Open NA. The tournament will quite possibly run entirely on their network.

Season 3 begins today, with players competing in games like PUBG Mobile, Asphalt 9: Legends, and Clash of Clans. ESL will livestream all the matches on its official YouTube channel and Twitch.
