Left 4 Dead developers have announced Back 4 Blood ⚡⚡⚡ Esports and gaming news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

Left 4 Dead, developed by Turtle Rock Studios, had a great concept behind it and earned a cult status among the PC gaming community. That co-op zombie shooter has laid the foundation for an entire subgenre, which to date stays fairly popular. And this is why we are extremely excited to hear that the developers are coming back to what they are the best at.

Turtle Rock has announced Back 4 Blood – another co-op zombie shooter, which sounds oddly familiar. This should be considered as a subtle hint at what to expect from the game, although the developers say that this time they have to make an even better project, which is hard to imagine, to be honest. Left 4 Dead was a genuinely well-balanced quality product, and it’s incredibly interesting to see what could be done in the genre with today’s technologies and Turtle Rock’s 10-year expertise. Sadly, there aren’t any specific details regarding Back 4 Blood, but you can still read the official announcement and the F.A.Q.

Back 4 Blood is our own brand new, original IP. You’ll be able to shoot up a lot of zombies like in Left 4 Dead, but there’s a whole lot of new stuff in Back 4 Blood which makes it unique.

Turtle Rock Studios is collaborating with Warner Bros. to bring the title to life since Valve is not keen on the idea to develop games with a number ‘3’ in the title. We know what you are thinking. Could it be that one true Left 4 Dead triquel we’ve all been waiting for? It should.
