Weeks 1 and 8 of the LEC will be superweeks, with matches played from Friday to Sunday. It will also feature two one-week breaks after weeks 4 and 8 to allow room for scheduling adjustments if the need arises. The Summer Finals will now take place from September 5-6,

As for the LCS, Academy Summer 2020 will begin on June 12, just like the LEC Summer Split. LCS start times on Saturday and Sunday will now be 1:00 PM PT, with four matches played each day, while Monday will host two matches that begin at 5:00 PM PT. LCS and Academy schedule details will be revealed at a later date.
The leagues will continue to be held online as the world combats COVID-19. However, Riot continues to monitor the situation and is looking for ways they can safely return to studio broadcasts with a live audience.
