The new update adds some changes to encourage champion diversity but not enough to completely change the meta as the League of Legends World Championship is not too far away.
Speaking of meta, Aatrox and Akali both receive nerfs in a bid to limit their value in pro play. Aatrox's sustain and waveclear in the late laning phase gets hit while Akali has her power before level 11 reduced and her stun on Perfect Execution removed.
Annie gains a boost to movement speed with a drop in damage reduction and a longer cooldown. Aurelion Sol sees an increase to base health, while Caitlyn and Jhin get an increase to base attack damage. Teemo sees the most adjustments in the form of quality-of-life changes and added utility to her mushrooms.
Nunu & Willump, Kai'Sa and Xayah all receive nerfs while Ekko, Evelynn, Kayle, Lee Sin, Miss Fortune and Zoe all get buffs. Warwick gets a bugfix which allows him to properly gain bonus attack speed against all Blood Hunted enemies, which can also be considered a buff too.
Other Bugfixes affect Jinx, Taliyah, Diana, Karthus, Pantheon and Jayce. Bard's Meep cone attacks will now properly break spell shields and Wolf won't grant additional vision to Kindred when circling her. A couple of new video options are now available, specifically screen shake and visual sliders.
Regarding skins, Star Guardian Neeko (including her Prestige Edition), Rakan, Xayah and Zoe will be available tomorrow. Chromas included in this patch are Star Guardian Rakan, Xayah and Zoe.
