Chilean fighting game player, Nicolas "Kane Blueriver" Gonzalez has shared his early thoughts about Granblue Fantasy Versus' roster with the community. Posting his list on Twitter, he goes into a bit of detail regarding some of his placings.

Arranged in no particular order, we find Gran, Ferry, and Zeta in S-tier. It comes as no surprise that the main hero of the original game is ranked so high, but Zeta's position was questioned. Kane Blueriver considers her a strong character thanks to her good offensive and defensive options, safe pokes, and the ability to change the trajectory of her air attacks.

In A-tier, we have Metera, Charlotta, and Katalina. Thanks to the Harvin Knight's height and move set, some players consider her a bit tricky to tackle and believe nerfs could be on the way. Metera's zoning makes her very useful as air and ground mobility have peculiarities she's able to take advantage of. Lancelot and Lowain follow in B-tier, with the former a popular pick for beginners. Lowain's Super Skybound Art is also a bit of a nuisance until you get used to it.

Ladiva and Percival take up C-tier while Vaseraga sits alone in D-tier. As Kane Blueriver sees it, Percival is just a powered down version of Katalina, hence his position near the bottom.

Granblue Fantasy Versus has only been available for about two weeks now in Asia and Japan, while the North American release is set for March 3. However, that hasn't stopped players from around the world from joining in the fun.

Considered one of the best South American fighting game players, Kane Blueriver is an EVO 2015 Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 champion that's also very competent in a variety of other fighting games.
