Elias "Jamppi" Olkkonen has joined ENCE as their sixth man, according to a YouTube video uploaded by the organization.
Jamppi is a promising young talent from Finland, but an unfortunate circumstance regarding an alleged VAC ban has made his journey in professional CS a difficult one. Jamppi received a VAC ban on an alternate account that he sold to a friend, but since he was the original account owner, the restrictions that come along with a VAC ban in professional CS applied to him. Recently, Jamppi launched a lawsuit against Valve for the impact this alleged wrongful ban has had on his career.
Withi the addition of Jamppi, ENCE is now made up of:
- Jere "sergej" Salo
- Aleksi "allu" Jalli
- Sami "xseveN" Laasanen
- Miikka "suNny" Kemppi
- Jani "Aerial" Jussila
- Elias "Jamppi" Olkkonen
- Slaava "Twista" Räsänen (Coach)
Niklas Ojalainen, ENCE General Manger, released a statement regarding the signing of Jamppi and what had been going on in the ENCE camp for the last few months:

It has been a rocky road in the past few months, which has caused issues with the players mentally and affected their performance. We as an organization have to make steps towards further professionalizing the environment in a multitude of ways. Our results have been very disappointing, so changes needed to happen. Signing Elias to the team was an opportunity we couldn’t pass on and he deserves the chance to showcase his talent to the world.
