According to his tweet, the player is transferring to his former team

Professional Dota 2 player Daryl Koh "iceiceice" Pei Xiang dropped a Twitter bomb saying he’s going back to Vici Gaming.

Early this morning iceiceice responded to a tweet of Aloysius Low from CNET about bicycle speed limits in Singapore. Mr. Low jumped at the opportunity to talk to the Dota 2 pro and asked when iceiceice was planning to join his squad (Mineski) in China.

In response iceiceice uncovered possible plans for transfer:

At first, it seemed that iceiceice was trolling, but his message got additional credibility when Vici Gaming official Twitter account responded to the Tweet with “oh yeah” meme.

We can’t say for sure if Vici Gaming is just joining a joke or that there is a real transfer plan in motion.

One can argue that the most successful year of Vici Gaming was in 2015 when the team took 4th place at TI and won $1.5 million with iceiceice as offlaner. About 6 months later iceiceice moved to Ehome and Vici Gaming haven’t been as successful ever since. Getting their renowned position 3 player back seems to be the right move for VG.

The transfer also sounds reasonable since current position 3 player for Vici Gaming is loaned from EHOME.
