IESF World Championship 2018 will take place on November 9, at the Kaohsiung Arena in Taiwan. In Kaohsiung, a total of 26 teams will be battling it out for a $20,000 prize pool.
The tournament will begin with a classical best-of-one, round-robin group stage, from which the top two teams from each group will advance to the single-elimination, best-of-three playoffs.
CS:GO fans can look forward to some prominent names such as Ricardo "fox"Pacheco from Spanish organization Giants, who have been drawn into Group D alongside Flow and ForGlory, SCARZ Absolute, who have been placed in Group E, and Eetu “sAw” Saha from promising Finish team HAVU, who will take on Revolution and Xiphos in Group H.

Champion of the tournament will earn a $10,000 in cash, while the second team get $6,000 and the third $4,000.
