How to sign up for WePlay! Pushka League Qualifiers

We've recently announced WePlay! Pushka League, an online tournament for fourteen teams from Europe and the CIS regions with the total prize pool of $250,000. There are twelve great clubs already signed up to play in the league, but the last two slots (one per each region) are played through the qualifiers. 

Here's the brief for Open and Closed Qualifiers. 

1. Open Qualifiers are made for 128 teams, EU and CIS regions separately, anyone can enter.
2. The teams compete through the playoffs in BO1 format, Quota Deciders are played in BO3.
3. The two teams that get Quotas (1st and 2nd places) will proceed into the Closed Qualifiers.
