An unexpected journey of Bilbo Baggins who is crossing all Middle-earth looking for a magic ring that rules them all is coming to an end. Okay, I should stop watching Lord of the Rings, but I wasn’t lying when I said one exciting journey ended today. 

24-year old Abay “Hobbit” Khasenov, a long time member of legendary CIS organization Gambit Esport, has announced that after two years of being on the active roster, he is open to new opportunities and looking for a new home. 

He and his Kazakh teammates adreN, mou and Russian X-God Dosia surprised the whole world when their team won PGL Major Krakow 2017 and wrote a new chapter of CIS modern history. After this triumph, the roster started struggling with good results on big LAN events and eventually ended up with a difficult decision: they have to change something.

His last event in Gambit jersey will be ESL One New York on September 26-30. Let’s have a look on his unbelievable performance in Krakow last year:
