Heroic has had a very peculiar last few weeks in CS:GO. Back in March, the entire Heroic roster was transferred to FunPlus Phoenix. But, during the transfer, Patrick "es3tag" Hansen committed to joining Astralis as their sixth man. His commitment to Astralis made the entire deal with FunPlus Phoenix fold, and Heroic reacquired their old roster. Once required, Heroic benched es3tag due to him leaving the team in July, and also benched Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer. So, adding TeSeS gives Heroic a squad of four, meaning they will still be in search of a fifth to finalize the roster.
TeSeS has been in competitive CS:GO since he played for Reason in October 2017. His most recent stint with Copenhagen Flames began in October 2019. Under the Copenhagen Flames banner, TeSeS and the squad qualified for FLASHPOINT but didn't manage to make it to the playoffs for FLASHPOINT 1.
With this new addition, Heroic CS:GO is now:
- Casper "cadiaN" Møller
- Martin "stavn" Lund
- Johannes "b0RUP" Borup
- René "TeSeS" Madsen
- Frederik "LOMME" Nielsen (Coach)
- Patrick "es3tag" Hansen (Benched)
- Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer (Benched)
Heroic was set to play in LOOT.BET Season 6, which began on April 5, but with all these team changes, it is unclear if they are still participating.
