David “GoDz” Parker
Country: Australia
Commenting: December 27 - January 5
David is now one of the most recognizable voices in Dota 2. GoDz is an Australian Dota 2 Caster and a former pro player, who founded Beyond the Summit and now helps to run it. At the age of 14, he started playing Warcraft II, and then there were Warcraft III and DotA. Mr. Parker played for a team Natural 9 himself as support but he loves casting DotA as well. When he isn’t sleeping, he’s commentating the games. David explains: “I spend all my waking hours working on Beyond the Summit in covering events as well as attending LANs around the world.” GoDz is 28 years old, and he adores his cute dog, Murphy.
Nick “BreakyCPK” Caras
Country: USA
Commenting: December 27- January 5
Nick has been in esports for more than 10 years, mostly as a caster. He has covered more than one thousand broadcasts, which includes such games as Heroes of Newerth, Overwatch, Dota 2 and many others.
“I have casted a variety of games over the years and am excited to continue casting many more.”
BreakyCPK was an avid gamer in his youth mainly in CS 1.6 and Halo. But in September 2016, Nick made the decision to become a full-time streamer/esports caster, leaving his previous occupation to pursue his passions, with Dota 2 as one of his prioritized games.
CPK from his name stands for "Crazy Poway Kids", the name of his gaming clan he has tagged during his youth with Poway, California. You’ll fall in love with his bass.
Andy “Draskyl” Stiles
Country: USA
Analysis: January 2 - 5
Andy is a well-known former professional Heroes of Newerth player and Dota 2 commentator. For his commenting talent, he received such awards as “Best Commentator” at GosuAwards and “Caster of the Year” at TeamLiquid Dota 2 Awards in 2012 and 2013.
You can find out not so much from his social networks: he respects the boundaries that protect his personal life. But one thing is for sure - he works hard. You’ll have the honour to estimate his analytics on our Winter Madness during January 2 - 5.
Brian “BSJ” Canavan
Country: USA
Analysis: January 2 - 5
Brian is an American professional Dota 2 player, streamer, and analyst. He began playing Dota 2 shortly before The International 2012. BSJ had the experience to play for professional teams like Team Freedom and Team Leviathan. The most notable result was when they knocked off Evil Geniuses in the Starladder i-League Invitational #3 NA qualifiers. Unfortunately, Leviathan’s were disbanded at the end of 2017 because of the lack of practicing among the players. But thankfully, Mr. Canavan found his calling as a commentator and analyst at DPC events such as The Summit 8 and 9, MDL Changsha, and The International 2018.
Brian is 26 years old and has a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
The first day of the tournament will start soon and you can check all the information here. Have a good time watching, hope to see you on our stream ;)
