HAVU takedown LDLC 2-0 to hoist the ASUS ROG WINTER 2020 trophy in Helsinki, Finland.

The Finnish team lifts their first trophy of 2020 season on home turf. HAVU's tournament life didn't look too promising after a heartbreaking defeat to KYNYNIEKAT in their opener of the event. But, HAVU battled back and took down KOVA and KYNYNIEKAT on their second attempt to make it out of groups and into the playoff bracket. HAVU then took down FATE in the semi-finals before beating LDLC for the trophy.

HAVU took Train 16-9 and Dust2 16-13. The Finnish squad had a fantastic performance in grand finals across the board, with all players having a positive differential and being above a 1.00 HLTV rating. Still, the impact Olli "sLowi" Pitkänen had on the match can not be overstated. He would go on to finish the series with a +15 differential and a 1.40 HLTV rating. But, the most impactful player on the HAVU side for the entirety of the event had to be Lasse "ZOREE" Uronen. He finished the event with a +82 differential and a 1.36 HLTV rating
