God of War leads D.I.C.E. Awards with 12 nominations

God of War has already won the prestigious The Game Awards ceremony which is claimed to be the Oscars of gaming industry (by our man Josef Fares). Now it turns out that God of War has another big victory approaching as the title leads D.I.C.E. Awards with 12 nominations in total including Game of the Year of course. The full list of Game of the Year nominees includes Into the Breach, Marvel's Spider-Man, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Return of the Obra Dinn.

Marvel's Spider-Man, by the way, comes second in terms of nominations amount which is 11 for the game. It is another prominent contender - and a PS4 exclusive as well. Red Dead Redemption 2 is represented in 8 nominations, but we honestly believe this game does not deserve the Game of the Year title. Being a fantastic project in terms of singleplayer, RDR2 has issues regarding its online component which is still in beta, thus leaving the overall experience an imperfect one. It is well worth of other nominations though.
