Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint is one of the newest and hottest games right now. It is referred to as an online tactical shooter that is developed and published by Ubisoft. Starting from October 4, 2019, you will be able to purchase it for PC, PlayStation 4,  and Xbox One. However, if you want to use it on Google Stadia, you need to wait just one more month.

Tom Clancy has been one of the biggest franchises in gaming which has been around for ages. In fact, Ghost Recon is the eleventh "installment", which is just crazy to think of.

The open-world game is set in a fictional island called Auroa where you have to take to the role of Lieutenant Colonel Anthony "Nomad" Perryman. He is a guy from the special forces that are sent to this place in order to check on a military base there. As you can guess, there will be a lot of action involved here, similar to every other game from the Tom Clancy universe. This means that you need to be prepared and equipped with the proper weapon in order to defend yourself.

There are two ways in which you can get weapons. One - you can just "loot" it once you kill an enemy and second, you can create your very own weapon, which is definitely a better thing to do. However, in order to do that, you need to unlock a couple of weapon blueprints. As you probably guessed, they are not that easy to find, which is why we decided to do this guide for you.

Let's dive in and see what we can find.

The Breakpoint intel

You will start your journey by attempting to unlock the Ghost Recon Breakpoint weapon blueprint & attachment. They will give you some priceless information so there is no way around them. As you can probably guess, the information is scattered around the different buildings in Auroa. So, in order to get enough info, you need to walk around and gather the different pieces that you can find. They are usually on a desk or other flat surfaces, so it's pretty hard to miss them. Once you gather enough, you can use them for two things - either unlocking new map locations or unlocking weapon blueprints. It's definitely advisable to focus more on the weapons because they are the most essential part of this game.

Unfortunately, Ghost Recon is designed in a way that only one person from each team can actually interact with a specific piece of information that he finds. This means that you need to be really careful about what are you going to do with it. So, if you happen to stumble across something that you don't need, feel free to ask if someone needs it.  Don't be THAT guy who just runs around and ruins the fun for people.

Weapon Blueprints and Attachments

As soon as you are ready with the initial information hunt, it's time to have some fun. First, you need to open your mission tab where you will find some instructions that you need to follow.  Depending on the game mode that you play in, you may or may not  see a small blue dot on the map. Your life will be a lot easier if you see it even if you don't, it shouldn't be that much of an issue. Usually, the places where you need to go are well-guarded, so be sure to be prepared for what is to come.

Once you kill all enemies, just explore the zone until you find what you came for. The cool thing is that there are many chests there for you to open as well. Some of them might contain some pretty cool prizes, so be sure to open them.

Equipping attachments in Ghost Recon Breakpoint

As we mentioned before, one of the hardest parts here is to actually find those attachments because they are spread out. However, once you do, you will be able to put them into the specific weapon type In order to do that, you need to go into the main menu and press the "G" key on the keyboard as it will allow you to edit your weapons. Of course, if you changed this hotkey than just use the key that you've assigned it with.

After pressing it, there will be a new window with various gunsmith options. This is where you can choose the weapon you wish to equip with the attachment that you've found. Apart from adding attachments, this is pretty much the place where you can do anything to your weapons, ranging from applying bonuses to viewing different stats on the weapon itself. The cool thing is that you can even see the progression of the weapon that you are upgrading.

Using weapon blueprints in Ghost Recon Breakpoint

This is probably going to be the most interesting moment of this guide, especially for those who only care about upgrading their weapons. As we mentioned above, the first step towards this is to find the weapon blueprint. It will take some time but unless you give up, you will find them eventually.

Once you're done, your job is to go back to Erewhon and speak to Maria Schulz which is located in the big shop there. She will ask you to give her the blueprint, after which you will be able to buy the weapon depending on the blueprint and your current gear level. Even if you don't get the best weapons at first, don't give up! Make sure to keep looking until you find the best weapon blueprint for you.
