As we have informed you earlier, Power League Gaming Grand Slam announced its first event in the United Arab Emirates with $100,000 in bank. Tournament for 16 teams will take place on December 12-16 on the Yas Island, UAE. Eight teams will fight for their spot through the international qualifiers while eight of them will receive direct invites.
One of the first professional teams who get invited is French squad from G2 Esports, who recently changed their lineup while Nathan “NBK” Schmitt and Dan “apEX” Madesclaire got kicked from the roster and now wear brand new Vitality jersey.
New in-game leader Kevin “Ex6TenZ” Droolans will lead his team to the first big title while the G2 has fallen off at recent times in past few months. Currently sitting at #20 of worldwide rankings after making only one playoff appearance with this new roster.
