Fortnite v7.20 patch notes and new Skins soon!

Epic Games, as promised, have released a new patch and we are here to acquaint you with the details.

The first and most anticipated is the addition of Scoped Revolver. It is available in 2 variants - Epic and Legendary. It gives 42/44 damage, fires medium ammo, and it’s available from floor loot, chests, Supply Drops, and Vending Machines. According to the official site, it hits “precise shots against enemies.”

There was added Limited Time mode with just one shot, low gravity and only 50 health for every player. You can use Hunting and Sniper Rifles in this mode and heal only with Bandages if you find them. It’s time for quick fun!

The developers added Gliders with 10 charges and returned to the game Glider Redeploy, but as a rare item. It takes up an inventory slot and can be found from usual loot sources (floor loot, chests, Vending Machines, and Supply Llamas). You don’t need to select the Glider to deploy: just press your jump button while in mid-air. The item will disappear when all charges are used from deploys.

There also been added an overheating mechanic and updated the audio for the Minigun. The overheating happens after approximately 6 seconds of continuous fire. The wind-up time was reduced by 37%.

Several items change their rarity color adjustments: Balloons and Stink Bomb (from Epic to Rare), Scoped AR become Uncommon/Rare.

You can build your own farm with the new Farmstead themed Prefabs.

A new selectable arctic island Frosty Fortress was added.

Players will enjoy the next wave of Frostnite Challenge 3, which will become available in just a few hours at 7 PM ET. All you need is to eliminate a specific number of enemies of that type to progress to the next wave.

“Purchase the Ice King from the Event Store and unlock the Ice Queen by completing this week’s Frostnite Challenge.”

Lots of bugs were fixed, including audio, animation, mobile and replay bugs.
