Fortnite Save the World’s loot boxes are transparent now

Another piece of good news from Epic Games! You will soon be able to view the content of the Llamas loot boxes before purchasing in the “Save the World” mode. The Epic Games company announced this news in their official blog yesterday.

The innovation will be available in the game with the release of the patch 7.30. The company noted that the cost of new X-ray Llamas will not change: their price will remain the same even after the upgrade. You can find any item inside the cheapest loot box: just wait until the content is updated.

Besides, developers remind you that the item that you already have in your inventory or book collections will almost never fall out of the Llama. The system will see items in your collection and will not hand you duplicates. In other words, even if you really want to buy Llamas with the same content, the goal cannot be achieved, since all materials can be only in one copy.

For example, if you have already acquired one legendary shotgun, and only a weapon of the same rarity and type drops from a Llama, then you will receive another similar gun. There is only one exception: if you have collected absolutely all similar shotguns - in this case, one of them will be dropped again.
