Fortnite 8.20 update details

While the wave of delight and hype around Apex Legends is gradually fading out and streamers returning to familiar and beloved games, Fortnite developers and creatives continue to stamp new challenges and in-game items (don't let their imagination run dry).

This time, the fans were pleased with the new temporary challenge “Floor is lava”. A bit late, in our opinion, but funny. A new “combat” item Poison Dart Trap has been added - a trap with poisoned darts, but you can get into it yourself, forgetting where you set it. For those who like to eat, not only in the kitchen, but also in their favorite game,  new edible items that allow you to raise the desired indicator, were added: try Pepper to speed up and gradually restore health, eat a flavored Banana to improve health instantly, or enjoy Coconuts that give health/shields.

As always, many in-game items, weapons were improved, and some bugs were fixed.

It’s worthy to separately highlight the new tournament “Luxe Cup”, which will be held March 30 and 31, and the prize fund will be $ 100,000. As well as the Arena Game Mode (solo and duo battles), where you can earn ranking points to get into the next league and get access to exclusive tournaments, including the online tournaments, such as the Fortnite World Cup Online Opens.
