It was mere minutes after announcing his departure from OpTic Gaming that the former CEO revealed the next step in his career. A move to rival North American esports organisation, NRG

Hector "H3CZ" Rodriguez shared in a YouTube video, his reasons for joining another esports organisation and reassured fans that his priority would always be the kind of quality content they have come to expect from him. He takes on the mantle of NRG co-CEO. Founder and CEO Andy Miller shared his excitement in a tweet.

H3CZ stuck with OpTic Gaming for over a decade and has garnered a loyal following. It also looks very likely that he will play a part in the management of NRG’s Call of Duty League Chicago franchise.

Rumours claim that H3CZ will be securing Matthew "FORMAL" Piper and Seth "Scump" Abner for the new COD roster. A post by CDL Intel also adds Alec "Arcitys" Sanderson, Peirce "Gunless" Hillman, and Dylan "Envoy" Hannon to complete the squad.

It's not exactly known what H3CZ will be up to at NRG as co-CEO, but whatever it is, fans expect it to be business as usual. You can check out his full video below.
