Fnatic to play at MDL Disneyland Paris Major

Fnatic will have the opportunity to finalise their participation in The International 2019 at the Parisian Major. The team won the first quota from Southeast Asia, defeating TNC Predator in the final of the upper bracket with a score of 2:1.

iceiceice's party lost only one map at the qualifiers, winning three of its first matches without a lose. In the match with TNC, the teams had drawn two maps, which were won during the draft and laning stages, but the third map had the struggle denser and the chances were mutual. Fnatic picked the greedy mix of Spectre — Ember Spirit — Doom against the more aggressive TNC's composition — and eventually lost the early game.

It all came down to whether Fnatic could stand under the pressure and survive until the late game. They succeeded, and starting from the 26th minute when TNC made a gross mistake and the whole squad dropped into the tavern, it was Fnatic who took the initiative and naturally won a trip to Paris.

TNC will have another chance. The match for the second ticket will be a battle with the winner of the Mineski meeting with EVOS Esports. It is noteworthy that in the group stage TNC have beaten both teams with a score of 2:0. The lower bracket's final starts in 15 minutes — 13:00 PM CET!
