Final Fantasy XV is one of the most famous ARPG game in the world. It is an open-world game where players take control of the main protagonist called Noctis Lucis Caelum. As you travel across the world OF Eois, you are accompanied by his three companions: Gladiolus, Ignis, and Prompto. However, Noctis is the only character which is directly controlled by the player, which means that he can navigate, jump, sprit and do all other types of actions.

- Black Hood - This item gives an Auto-dodge effect, which can be very strong in certain scenarios. In order to get it, you have to get to the end of the Secret Dungeon Pitioss.
Ribbon - Prevents almost all status ailments. If you want to have this item, you have to finish the Frogs of Legend quest. Once you do that, you will get it as a reward.
Adamantite Bangle - It gives a massive 10,000 HP boost. Similar to the previous item, it is a reward for killing the Adamantoise.
Celestriad - This item gives +30% fire, ice, and lighting resistance. Getting this item, however, can be a little bit tricky. You need to get to the secret part of Steyliff Grove and Costlemark Tower dungeons.
Magitek Shield - It gives +1000 max HP, + 60 vitality and it drops from the boss in the Formouth Garrison stealth mission.
Moogle Charm - A rather strange item which gives +20% EXP Gain. In order to get it, you need to have the Justice Monster Five reward.
Fire, Ice, Lighting and Dark Crest - Those accessories provide different status resistance, depending on the actual item. In order to get any of them, you will need to use the Oracle Ascension Coins. Having said that, those are definitely very important items because they will make your life a lot easier.
Hypno Crown - This accessory gives +300 magic and you can get it as a collectible through the secret locked part of the Costlemark Tower dungeon.
Dark Matter Bracelet - A powerful item which will give you +100 strength. Similar to the Hypno Crown, you have to get it as a collectible in the secret locked part of the Greyshire Glacial Grotto dungeon.
Accessories four your buddies
Apart from getting accessories for yourself, there are some out there which work for your buddies as well.
- Black Belt - This item works for Gladiolus and it gives +50 % damage to large enemies. You can get it from the same place such as the Hypno Crown and the Dark Matter Bracelet.
Target Scope - An item for Prompto, it gives +50% damage to small enemies. You can get is a collectible from the Crestholm Channels.
Good Chamberlain - An item for Ignis, it automatically uses Hi-potion on Noctis when he is below 50% HP. In order to get it, you need to go to the secret locked part of Fociaugh Hollow dungeon.
It is important to note that the accessories don’t have a cosmetic effect. What’s more, the best ones are usually only available a lot later into the game.
