Fergus shares his latest Tekken 7 tier list ahead of Season 4 ⚡⚡⚡ Esports news, analytics, reviews on WePlay! The latest news on WePlay!

With Tekken 7 Season 4 announced, fighting game pros and content creators are sharing their final thoughts on the game's current roster. UYU representative Fergus "Fergus" McGee happens to be among them, creating his last Season 3 tier list during a recent Twitch stream.

Instead of using the usual alphabetical ranking system, Fergus has the characters placed in one of six tiers, which can further be grouped into the best twenty characters, worst ten, and all the rest. Akuma takes the top spot, joined by Fahkumram, Leroy Smith, Brian Fury, and Julia in the Top 5. Both Fahkumram and Leroy were considered overpowered at release, with the latter receiving numerous nerfs while the former will most likely be getting his with the next major patch.

All the Mishima's fall into the Top 20 except Jinn, who sits in the Top 10, Heihachi that's located in the "Everyone else" tier, and Lars that's in Bottom 10. The weakest characters are Panda and Kuma, who share the last rank with Yoshimitsu, Eddy Gordo, Lucky Chloe, and Gigas. Some viewers found Anna William's position in Everyone else to be a bit too high, so Fergus explained that it's because her damage is unfair, making her hard to place but deserving of the spot he gave her. You can watch the Julia and Asuka main build his tier list in the video below:

Fergus currently represents the North American esports organization UYU. The Irish player first joined the team in 2017 but left just over a year later. He would then return to the team on June 6, 2020, as a content creator.
