Despite all the major releases pouring out this fall, Farming Simulator 19 managed to sell more than 1 million copies. Which is a marvelous mark for such a niche game. One of the reasons giving foundation to this success is the aggressive PR campaign held by the developer and publisher. The campaign includes the release trailer made in style of Forza Horizon 4.
Although, the devs claim the sales are fueled and sustained by “constant improvement of the quality, graphic updates, new gameplay features, as well as John Deere tractors making their way into the game as playable machinery”. That’s quite a list of fair reasons, don’t you think? Especially the last point.
Farming Simulator 19 is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows and MacOS on Steam ($34.99).
