The ESL One Los Angeles 2020 North America Closed Qualifiers came to a close with Evil Geniuses and Chaos Esports Club gaining entry to the Major.
During the Upper Bracket Finals, Chaos Esports Club took the first game, but Evil Geniuses weren't having any of that. Taking back control of the match, Evil Geniuses secured the last two games of the set. In the Lower Bracket, Fighting PandaS lost 0-2 to business associates, who, in turn, failed to defeat Chaos Esports Club.

While Chaos Esports Club and Evil Geniuses head to ESL One Los Angeles 2020, business associates, Fighting PandaS, Team Xolotl, and Zoomies will all advance to the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3 North America Qualifier. Two teams from this event will qualify for the Minor to compete for the last Los Angeles Major spot.
ESL One Los Angeles 2020 will have 16 teams compete for a $1 million prize pool and 15,000 DPC points. The event will take place from March 14-22, at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.
