This weekend Ubisoft released Assassin's Creed Kinetic Collection Launch Trailer promoting the new line of workout outfit. The trailer looks super cool, and the clothes make the models attractive, but overall it looks like a marketing stunt and not worthy of a purchase.

Let’s see where Ubisoft missed the mark and could have made the closing line more successful.

The outfits look more like they were made for Abstergo operatives than the Assassins.

The Assassins prefer less stylish monotone outfits that allow to “work in the dark to serve the light.” These fancy clothes look like they were created for a high profile and not a secretive paramilitary establishment.

Why are the hoodies not pointed?

To make an assassin’s outfit you don’t need to slap the brotherhood logo on it, all you need to do is just to put the pointed tip on the hoodie.

Where is the Templar outfit?

Not every franchise fan is a Brotherhood sympathizer, so why don’t we have the Abstergo or the Templar workout uniform?

Wouldn’t it be the coolest thing in the world to do a boxing match in a templar suit against a friend in the assassins' clothes?

No lore attachment

AC: Odyssey is actively supported by Ubisoft, and they could release outfits in the game similar to the ones sold IRL.
