Everything we know about Apex Legends Battle Pass so far

About 45 days ago, Fortnite was the king of Battle Royale, but it changed when Respawn Entertainment released Apex Legends. Now dozens of millions of players are eagerly waiting for the Battle Pass to be released with new content and balance changes.

Launch date

Respawn isn’t sharing the exact release date, and we can only make educated guesses on that part. From the official Apex Legends Roadmap, we know that Battle Pass was originally scheduled for this month. If the developers want to keep up with the roadmap, they don’t have much time left.

In a community update on Reddit, the company mentioned it would provide Season 1 Battle Pass details “very soon,” which suggests that there will be an official announcement shortly before the release. There is a good chance that if Battle Pass will launch in the last days of March.

Expect Battle Pass to launch on March 31 or maybe a couple of days sooner.

Battle Pass content

There is no doubt that Battle Pass will bring lots of skins and outfits accessible for the players. The most meaningful of all will the be new character(s) and weapon(s).

Octane

Data miners had a field day recently revealing a host of new Apex Legends characters. We are not sure how many of them will launch throughout Season 1, but Octane is sure to be among them.

Balance

Apex Legends developers are trying to balance out the hitboxes of various characters and mentioned that the March 7th patch might not be the final provision.
